The DustCare range is a combination of our patented AirFlo and MicroFlo dust bag design and has established a unique position in setting a new performance standard in the collection of fine dusts.
One of the most important features of the DustCare system is not just the performance standard but also the convenience of emptying the machine when full. The removal of one full bag and itsreplacement with a new one is all it takes, no filter cleaning, just change the bag and start again.
Electronic Auto Control System - machines are equipped with an appropriate power outlet pre-fitted to the power head and, when a hand tool is connected to this supply, the vacuum cleaner and the tool operation will be fully synchronized so that when the tool is switched off the vacuum cleaner will switch off automatically. The converse is also true, switch the hand tool on and the vacuum
cleaner starts automatically. This is a vitally useful function when machines and workstation are not
adjacent to each other, ie on scaffold or ladders, the operation is fully automated.
The DustCare Micro programme includes Simplex one motored or Duplex two motored models in 570 (18-litre) and 900 (32-litre) sizes and suitable for M or H class dust standards.

M Class
Suitable for medium hazard dusts operating at 99.9% efficiency.
H Class
Suitable for high hazard dusts and operating at 99.995%.
